Benison Helping Trust with all of its members is continuously working for various underlying causes persisting in our society such as hunger, lack of clothes, shelter, education, awareness towards governmental programs & schemes, etc.
We work towards food distribution program so that those people who are unable to get a meal of the day can get to eat something and fill their empty stomachs. It is very hard for some people to arrange meals for themselves on their own, and that's where we find a reason to help them get some food. Our Annapurna Mission has fed thousands of people who were unable to get food for days.
Our Adult Literacy Program helps people with developing skills such as reading and writing and understanding things a lot better. Through this Adult Literacy Program, they can understand health concepts a lot better because they can read and understand their health and can become self-sufficient to manage their health in a better way.
From time to time, we are organizing Blood donation camps that can prove to be a life saviour for many people in times of emergency. At times of Covid-19, we have arranged awareness sessions that have turned people to producing masks for their communities to help prevent COVID-19 outbreaks. We deployed leading development programs to promote health recommendations to fight COVID-19 in thousands of rural and urban communities.
We encouraged people to wash hands frequently, use antiseptics to clean household items, wear masks in public places, avoid meeting people with colds and coughs, observe physical distance, avoid crowded places, and stay home as much as possible.
We organize free multispecialty health camps across geographies which include a thorough check-up by a doctor, distribution of free medicines along with specialized tests namely BP, Blood Sugar, and haemoglobin monitoring.
We are consistently engaged in the implementation of government schemes and enforcement of laws at the grassroots level and help the government in identifying the gaps coming in the way of the implementation of government schemes.
Our Rain Basera is an initiative by Benison Helping to provide shelter to homeless people. Our Rain Baseras include essential items like Beds, blankets, water, etc. for those who are living in these. We are constantly providing rain baseras for all the homeless people i.e. the night shelter service.
From time to time we are organizing various programs which help women develop some skills and create a source of income from it. We are providing all the short-term training under vocational training with the best trainers with the most positive outcomes.
